Many people know they may need someone to make health care decisions for them in the future. They may need someone to balance their checkbook responsibly. They may want someone to double check the investment decisions their advisor is making. Some people are concerned about going to a nursing home and how to navigate that system.
At LL Professional Fiduciary Services (LLPFS), we fill the gaps between what you want and need and who you have in your life to help you. Not every family member is the right fit to make health care decisions. Some children live abroad or have their own personal matters that would prevent them from being actively engaged. Sometimes the family member appointed to make decisions is elderly themselves and a backup is needed to ensure a court isn’t involved down the road.
